  The hotel was spotlessly clean and the pools were great, food was a bit naff and some of the staff were not too helpful. Also they charge you €27 to rent a kettle for a week which i think is ridiculous. Lastly the rooms were very clean and bed very comfy, the cleaning staff were very kind and helpful.

  The swimming pool, and the jacuzzi are well maintained and a pool attendant is always on duty whilst the pool is open.

  Poor customer services with added rudeness of staff. All inclusive was waste of money as the food and drinks served are of very poor quality borderline disgusting. The hygiene is low to a point we saw cockroaches. The beds are changed every five days rather pointless for 7 night stay. Our bathroom was not often cleaned by the cleaner reported it once and moved on. They do not take any special request in advance as ours for double bed was ignored. The entertainment is horrible and endless so you can not enjoy any quiet time by the pool. wifi is a myth as you can only access in some parts of the resort that does not include your room. I had to go to a cyber cafe next door when I needed to be online for work.

  Very good food. Good size of room. Far from the beach but free shuttle bus available 4 times a day.

  Pretty good hotel. All things considered. Staff are great, facilities are very good, and food is plentiful.
